SRISHTI INTERNATIONAL is a non-government, non-political, not for profit, secular organization, registered under the Societies Registration Act (1860) and the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act. It is supported by the Departments of: Health, Labour Resource, SC & ST Welfare, PHED, Education and Planning & Development of the Government of Bihar. The organization is receiving funds from these government departments apart from other funding agencies for its programs centered on up-lifting of downtrodden communities. Its main objective is to improve the living conditions of rural and urban people by developing the health status; arrest the distress migration; improve the socioeconomic status of rural and urban people and strive for their overall development. The primary focus of SRISHTI INTERNATIONAL is on the problems of the poor in their struggle to obtain a life of justice and dignity. Reduce the number of malnourished children, Elimination of AIDS from the society, Elimination of Child labour system, Education to the deprived, Sanitation Campaign and Empowerment of the community through various means are the most important components of our mission. SRISHTI INTERNATIONAL’s objective is to create value-based communities of dignified and informed citizens comprising the erstwhile marginalized and the oppressed from the perennially unresponsive regions in place with pride.
